Internships
Thank you for your interest in interning with the Office of Congresswoman Nellie Pou! Our internship program offers high school and college students a unique, hands-on opportunity to gain firsthand experience in public service, constituent relations, and the legislative process.
Internships are available in our Washington D.C. and District Offices.
Internship Sessions & Deadlines:

How to Apply:
To apply for an internship position, please complete the application form below and submit the following materials:
- Cover Letter (500 words maximum, detailing your interest in public service and why you want to intern for Congresswoman Pou.)
- Current Resume
- Short Writing Sample (1-2 pages on a policy topic or a sample community response letter.)
