Congresswoman Pou Condemns Anti-Worker Trump Executive Order

Congresswoman Nellie Pou (D-NJ-09) today condemned an executive order issued by Donald Trump seeking to end collective bargaining rights for hundreds of thousands of working Americans.

“Each day brings new outrages and the latest action attacking working Americans is no exception,” said Congresswoman Pou. “This executive order is one of the most anti-worker actions ever put to paper by an American President. If allowed, this measure would crush workers’ rights and inflict terrible economic pain on countless families. No one can with the stroke of a pen sign away the right of American workers to seek better wages and job security. This executive order should be challenged and blocked by our courts.”
